Buffalonians Networked for Mid East Peace
Over the past 8 years, after witnessing an escalation of
anti-Israel and anti-Semitic activities on and off campus,
a group of people from various faiths and backgrounds,
have come together to discuss how to shed some light
on the Arab/Israeli conflict. Out of this conversation has
come PeaceBuffs, the Buffalo Mid East Peace
Network.
PeaceBuffs is open to all people who wish to foster
peace between Israel as a secure Jewish State, and its
neighbors. Our goal is to share facts, history,
resources and commentary to help us sort out the
rhetoric and to be able to carry on factual and civilized
discussions.
The network advocates for peace and is committed to
creating a factual discussion of this conflict, here in
Western New York, on our local college campuses and
in the media. It is our hope to be able to notify the
community whenever there is an event in the Buffalo
area, on and off the local campuses that will impact
Israel on a positive or negative basis.
